Renew current business visa from 6 to 12 months duration

Hello,
Can my current 6month Chinese business F be renewed for 12months? What conditions apply with securing a 12month one? Can I do this application in Hong Kong? What time frame is required to renew before my current F expires in August. thank you.

Hi, you can try to do this at local PSB with official invitation letter from the host or government office. To submit your application one week before it expires.
