Parcel Status NULL. Location PVG

Any information about this tracking number please: RB479795297CN
It says Status Null, Location PVG - Destination: Argentina, since 01 june 2013.

Yeah, the info has not been updated yet. I just find it was being checked by local customs in Shanghai Pudong Airport (PVG) on June 1.

Why the previus status says "Location: ARBUE" ?
