About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

holding European passport,currently Dubai tourist, does he needs Chinese visa to go china?

MY boss's friend is holding European passport and currently he is a tourist here in Dubai. Does he needs to apply for it?

Yes, he has to apply for a visa in advance before visiting. But he may not able to get one in UAE if he is only a tourist there.
