About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Can someone confirm if Guangzhou 72 hour visa free transit has now become official?

My mum is flying from Russia (onRussian passport) and will transitting in guangzhou for 14 hours, she will be staying at the airport hotel (2 mins from the airport) during the transit.
She will then fly to auckland, new zealand.

Hi, don't worry, her stopover is less than 24 hours, visa is not required. She is able to get a stay permit after arrival at the Baiyun Airport.
