help with null status

hi I just tracked the item with china post my tracking number is RB080431829CN you can check it.
any help please been waiting over to months. thanks

I am sorry that there is no new info about your parcel except that was updated on Mar. 28. To make sure whether it is lost or is sitted at someplace, I suggest you dail 11185 to consult China Post or go to consult your local post office.
