About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

UK citizen employed by Singapore company

I have been asked by my company to work on a permanent basis to oversee the build of our ships, will i be responsible to pay tax in China?
Also my partner is Indonesian we are not married but have been together since meeting in Dubia 2 years ago, will she be able to join me?

Hi, if your income is not from China, it is not necessary to pay tax there. Your partner can apply for a short-term visit L visa. It is difficult for her to apply as dependent if you are not married.
