About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

As a new zealand citizen am i able to apply for a Chinese tourist visa while in indonesia?

As I know, they only accept applications from foreign passport holder with permanent residence (KITAS holders). You can call at 021-579-38655 (CVASC in Jakarta) for the information of required documents.
