Do you refer to Shilihe Subway Station?
If so, it is suggested to use the local subway to reach the two attrations.
To reach Summer Palace, you can take the subway line 10 to reach Haidianhuangzhuang Station where you can change to line 4 to reach Beigongmen Station. Get out of the station, you can see the summer palace.
To reach Temple of Heave, you can also take the subway line 10 to reach Zongjiazhuang Station where you can change to line 5 to reach Tiantan East Gate Station. Get out of the station, you can see the Temple of Heaven.
