is there a high speed train from quangzhou to chengdui have to change to get to

I intend to go to Chengdu from QZ using the high speed train. If not can I use QZ-Wuhan high speed train and change at another city to go to Chengdu

There are no direct high speed train between the two places.As far as I know, there is only one train from QZ to Wuhan and it is a K-train instead of a G-train.If you really want to take the bullet trains for this journey, you can take the bullet trains for Shanghai where you can find direct trains for Chengdu.
