About:Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station

I am planning to go from Shanghai to Beijing. Can I get off the High Speed Train in one of the stations?

lets say Ta'ian and then get back on my way to Beijing with the same ticket?

I'm afraid not. If you get off on the way, you have to buy another ticket for the the rest route.
