How can buy a ticket for the trans-sibirian railway from Beijing to Moscow?

And can I get a Russian visa as a german pasport holder in Shanghai?

Hey, you can get the train ticket at the local Railway Station. Trains are rarely scheduled, so it is suggested to buy that in advance or book online.

You can apply in Shanghai only if you have Chinese valid visa or residence permit & its copy.
