I suggest you fly from Jakarta to Hong Kong. There is one direct cross-border coach running from HKIA to Xiamen. Then at Xiamen North Railway Station, you cna take a buttle train to your destination directly then.

Or youcan fly from HK to Xiamen. Then catch a bus or train to QZ.
