Hello, I am currently residing in Korea. My ARC is valid until 26.02.2014. I want to fly to Shanghai on 14.08.2013, then from Shanghai to Beijing on 18.08.2013. I will leave from 22nd to 24th of August 2013, but come back to Beijing for 24th to 27th and then go back to Seoul.So I have to apply for a multiple entry, right?And I can only apply when already booked flight as well as hotel, right? Does the hotel booking have to be for every single night? Is it possible to fly from Shanghai to Beijing with normal tourist L?Can I already apply for it now? Will it still be valid in end August?Thank you very much.

A double entry is enough as you will enter mainland PRC twice. The trip from Shanghai to Beijing is a domestic trip, L is ok and no other entry will be counted. According to notice from the embassy, you need to apply through a travel agency in South Korea. So it is ok for you book ticket and hotel with them when you send them documents for application. Hotel bookings for the hotel after arrival is enough. Generally, a double entry is valid for 6 months, so you can apply now for your trip in August.
