About:Harbin Taiping Airport

there is absolutely no taxi at Harbin airport. International terminal is a few Km away from other terminal, so no bus or taxi. dont know how to go bk.

Work staff offering to take into city for 120 yuan

For the international terminal, do you mean the temporary international terminal near the T1?
If so, there are free shuttle buses operating between the two terminals, so please do not worry about it.
