About:Snake's Love Compatibility

I am absolutely in love with a Sagittarius Snake (Dec.4, 1965) and I am a Cancer Dragon (Jul.3 1964)

Is there any chance that we are soulmates? We first were boyfriend & girlfriend in 1979/80, but only reconnected in October 2016, finally consummating our love in December 2016 with some consciousness altering love making.
