About:Entry Regulations of China

My Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents is expired two months ago. Can I get it extended at the consulate in NY or in Beijing

If you are now in Beijing, you can apply from Beijing Exit&Entry Administration of Police Security Bureau.
