About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

72 hour visa waiver

I'm a travel agent, I have clients traveling from Guam (US Territory) via Incheon into Shanghai and back the same way, they will only transit through Incheon, there will by no stay other then a plane change in Incheon both ways. Do my clients qualify for the 72 hour free tranit? They are holding US Passports.

His itinerary is Guam-Incheon-Shanghai-Incheon-Guam. He took off from Incheon and then flew back to Incheon (No matter how long he stays). The destination and the place of departure are the same. I am afraid that he can't.
