Hi, you can apply for a new one while you are in HK. To apply for a extension with one more entry at beijing PSB is ok too if you prefer. The extension takes 5 working days.

You need to provide your passport with current L, Registration Form of Temporary Residence in Beijing, Application Form, a recent 2-inch photo with white or light blue background and documents certifying financial support for living cost in Beijing (e.g.certificate of deposit, at an average of US$100 per day for extension. Make sure ask for one more entry for this extension. Sorry I have no idea about any agency, you can entrust your friend or a travel agency to handle this on your behalf.
