I plan to go harbin on begining of August, 2013, it it really raining everyday?

ReplyActually, it will be still during the rainy season; however, it will not rain every day. I lived there for almost two years and in the beginning of Aug. it will be sunny and shower or thunderstorm may happen sometimes.01Reply
