propert (back in China) transfer

We have a house passed to us by our passed away parents, now we want to transfer it to other people in China, who is now visiting US, can we just do that in you office instead of going back to China and do it? and what should we prepare for that? Now we have all the property ownership documents, everyone's ID, and everyone involved in this transaction will be available to present at your office the same time. What other things we need to prepare?

Thanks,

Wang, Ye

Hi, you are suggested to contact the embassy or consulate directly for this. The Forum here is all concerning China visa. So, answers from guests here about property transfer may not be accurate.
