About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

If i am flying from Toronto - Pekjin - Hong kong, can i stay within 72 hours without a visa?

How & where should i get my transit permit if i only stay within 72 hrs?

Yes, sure. You can inform your airline and fill out a form before departure so that the airline will send your arrival information via email in advance to the Entry Frontier Organization at Airport. Then you will get the transit permit on arrival.
