You can provide the ship itinerary with detailed such as date of entries, places of visit.

But what would I mark as "purpose for travel"? Tourism? Work? Would I be applying for a business "F"?
Please note that because I'm an "entertainer", the ship considers me as a "guest", therefore am on theguest manifest for the entire 4 month duration.

What "type" would I be applying for?

You can mark your purpose of visit as tourism. This type is easier.
