Need to submit proof to the Chinese embassy of my plans to saty in Shanghai jie jia hotel pudong airport.

i would like to know how it is possible to arrange for such a document, any ideas please?

You can get a hotel booking confirmation from your hotel. Just show that to the embassy and you will be allowed to enter!
