Tourist visa for Hong Kong to be applied from Sri Lanka

Dear Sir/Madam, I have obtained my HK business visa to travel towards end of May 2013. I would like to take my wife and 2 year old daughter with me as a tourist. Can I apply for them from Sri Lanka?

Please advise at your earliest possible.

Thank you, Faizal.
