Travel Help in Shanghai

I want to go from Caobao road to WuNing road. What is the best mean by bus or by metro? what bus and subway should i use? Identify any website that I may use?

I prefer MTR. From Caobao Road, you can walk around 1,000m to Longcao Road MTR Station to take MTR line 3 and get off at Caoyang Road. Getting out from Exit 7, you can walk to Wuning Road within 550m.
