About:China Flight

is it possible to bring two dogs ( of Chinese lineage--Shih Tzus) from the US to Weihai China?

Yes. you should tell the ticket agent when you book your tickets that you will be bringing your pet and you must offer the related health certificate about your pet to the airline.
You can confirm it with the airlines.
