About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

U.s. citizen wants to do 30 days flying from korea. no ARC

I am here on vacation for 3 month but a friend wants me to travel to china with her for 30 days to help take care of her dogs. I am a U.S. Citizen and I am living right now in korea with 90 day visa exemption. I do not have an arc can i still apply for visa in while in korea

Sorry, you can't apply in South Korea if you don't have ARC card. You may fly to HK and apply for a L type one there.
