About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do I need any Visa at all?

in transit 2 different airlines. I am just flying through - ie I arrive in Shanghai Pudong from Paris with air france and fly out a few hrs later with Air NZ.

It doesn't matter. The key is that you hold valid onward air ticket to your destination.
