About:Mount Huashan

We have about 6 hours in huashan. Which peak ( north or west) served by cable cars would you recommend in terms of beauty and easy path walking down ?

How long should I allow for walking journey down, assuming a normal fit person's rate.

I have a boy age 14 with me, is there a child's discount for the entrance fee ?

Hi, I recommend the newly opend West Peak Cable Car to you. By it, you can reach the west peak in around 20min and the bird-view scenery is very attractive.

Generally, if you climb down, it takes around 5h for standard pace. As your time is limited, it is better to take cable car to get down as well.

I remember kids between 1.2m and 1.5m can get 50% discount for the entrance fee.

If your child is above 1.5m, he may have to pay full fare as you do.
