Issues with obtaining application for u.s. citizens

I went to the CVASC's website to apply for an F business and the only option under North America that they have is Canada. Where else can I obtain an application? I am a U.S. citizen going for 2 months for business to Shanghai.

Hi, you need to submit application directly to the Chinese consulate in USA which hold the consular district of the place you reside. Please refer to https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/united_states.htm for more details.
