You can fly from Nairobi to Beijing first. Then transfer to another plane to Hangzhou. At Hangzhou Airport, there are frequent buses to YW directly.
As for the stationery and office products, you can go to the local International Commercial Center to find. At 1st and 2nd Floor of Zone H, you will find many stores.1
