Jay, it is easy to resolve your query. In general, there are no obstacles for Kenyan citizens to use 24 hour visa free transit in order to arrive in Shanghai by cruise ship and then depart Shanghai to Kenya by plane. However, certain conditions have to be met:
- The time from your scheduled arrival by ship in Shanghai until your scheduled departure by plane from Shanghai (to Kenya) should not exceed 24 hours even for just a minute. Please, remember that only the scheduled and not real times matter.
