About:China Embassy in Thailand

enter by land with a car

I asked to many agency and each one gave me different answer about it. I try to ask to the embassy in Chiangmai, but they gave me no information at all. Any one can help me sorting this out? Maybe you know an agency in Bangkok, or directly in China that can help me asking for a visa to cross border with my own vehicle.
Thank You in advance

I found some information on the internet. In order to bring your own vehicle into China, you need to get permission from certain Chinese departments. Then you need to apply for a temporary plate number and temporary driver license. In order to get it, you should meet the following requirements:
1. Proof of legal registration of your vehicle in your country
2. Approvement from Chinese customs saying "You can bring your vehicle into China"
3. Proof that shows your car has passed the safety check
4. already paid compulsory traffic accident insurance

The process is very completed.
