No, not a single land crossing between Vietnam and China is eligible for 240 hour visa free transit. The only, but literally the only land crossing entry point eligible for 240 hour visa free transit is Mohan Railway Port on Kunming to Vientiane (Laos) railway line. I'm sorry.
