About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

We live in No. Carolina. Can someone who lives in New York City file our visa application there?

The Embassy in Washington is 4 hours away. Can my sister, who lives in New York City file the application at the New York Consular Office for us? Or can our friends who live in New Jersey & will be travelling with us file the applications in New York City for us?

Hi, if you live in North Carolina, your application should be submitted to the embassy in Washington DC. It can not be processed in NY. You can entrust someone else/agencies to handle this if you can not go in person.
