Travelling with luggage from Pudong to Hongqiao airports by shuttle bus

We are reaching Pudong with 4 (each 23kgs) checked-in-baggages. We are staying in Shanghai three nights.Our next flight is from HQ T-2. We plan to leave three baggages in the left-luggage at HQ T-2 airport. We take airport shuttle bus between Pudong and HQ and then take subway line 2 with 1 baggage for going to our hotel Metropole near Bund. Is it o.k?
