Are there any parking areas close to the embassy in houston texas?

Hi, the places around Consulate office building where permit to park.
The parking area north and west of the La Columber D’Or restaurant between the hours of 8:30a.m.and 12:00 noon and between 1:30p.m.and 4:00p.m., Monday through Friday.
