Appears in null status... Could someone help to find it out. Cheers

Hello, I'm just tracking a parcel from china and appearson the website that the parcel is at Zurich 59 since 23th of. April, I would like to know where exactly it is and why it still there, almost 2 weeks?

It may be on the transfer way. I aslo just search out the info on Apr. 23.
