About:Chinese Zodiac Compatibility

Are an ox(Jan 27 1998) and tiger(Mar 13 1998) compatible?

My boyfriend happens to be born on the last day of year of the ox and I've been wondering if we were compatible despite my being a tiger. I've wondered even before we started dating a few months ago. And was never able to find out.
