yes, i'm filipino citizen tourist come here to malaysia ,i want to visit china

yes I want to visit china and buy something to sale in manila ,,could I apply here, china visa, here in embasy-malaysia branch ,..

Yes, you need to apply for a F type one. Except for the basic documents, you need to provide a copy of the passport holder’s information page together with the original and a copy of the Malaysia visa.
