How to apply for a Visitor Visa to South Korea in Beijing?

Hi!
I'm a student currently studying Chinese language for a semester here in BLCU. I would like to visit Seoul for a weekend trip. May I know what are the requirements to apply for a Visitor Visa to South Korea? and does anyone could recommend a travel agency that speaks english please?
