About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

I am from Singapore in China, is it possible for me to apply z-visa from Hong Kong?

I think you'd better apply for it in your country. According to what I know, Applicants without HK resident status are required to submit their applications through the Chinese Embassy or consulate office around your resident country.
