null status in the tracking

hello, I made a purchase on ebay and I would send for sending chinapost but stay in status "NULL" sailing "PVG" the destination is Argentina anyone can help me my tracking number is RB345647138CN thank you very much

It was in Shanghai now and the information online was updated on April 21.
