Kunming - Dali - LiJiang - Tiger Leaping Gorge - Shangrila by end Oct

Is it a good time to trek by end Oct? What kind of outfit should I bring?

Yes, it can be during the good time to trek. But I suggest you prepare a jacket to keep warm at cool afternoon. Besides, you need to take some high caloric food or snacks to keep energy as well as enough water.
