About:China Travel Tips

what does null mean at china post with my tracking RA585439403CN

as it says null twice i have been waiting 6 weeks for this parcel so would be very keen to find out what null means and where it is.I would be so gratefull for some help

I just found it was in Guangzhou on Apr. 8. It has not changed for a long time.
