Visa for myself and employee on business trip. What is the requirement

I along with an employee are planning to visit soon on a business trip. We're all Turks and Caicos Islanders and living in the beautiful Turks and Caicos.

For business visit, invitation letter is required. Also, you need to prepare round-trip ticket and hotel bookings.
