About:Hong Kong Airport Express Travel Pass

Going to HK end May with my 2 kids, aged 13 and 10 for 4 nights.

The Airport Express travel Pass for 2 journeys cost HKD300 each right? Any discounts for kids? Where can I buy them? At the airport itself? Or do u reckon I should just take a taxi to and fro the airport-hotel? i have booked to stay at Yau Ma Tei M1 Hotel. please advise.

Hi, yes, the Travel Pass with two journeys costs 300HKD with 50HKD refundable deposit.

For kids between 3 and 11 years old, they can get disocunt to get the pass. Therefore, your 13 years old kid is not eligible for that. For him or her, you can buy an Octopus Card, which can be also very convenenient.

Youc an buy the pass at the Customer Service Centres of the Airport Express stations and all MTR stations (except Racecourse Station). At the airport, you can get at the ticketing counter of Express Train.

You can take the Express Train to Kowloon Station and then take a taxi to the hotel.
