About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

carry on baggage on flights within China

For flights within China, are backpacks considered a carry on? eg. can one take a small roll on and a back pack?

Yes, you can, but the weight should be within 10kg and the size should be within 20*40*55.
