i am malawi citizen and holding zambian permit, do i have to fill form V-2011A and V-2011B together?

I am based in lusaka. please advice, after fill up application form than do i have to print forms and other related douments and bring to consulate personally. or do i have to apply online with attached documents.

Yes, both forms are required, you need to print them out. Personal interview is required if you visit for the first time to China, or you apply for over 30 days' stay. Appointment is not required.
