What do I need to do to get a Visa as a Venezuelan Citizen?

I am holding a Permanent Residency in Canada while working/living there as well. I am going to Hong Kong in May and would like to go to Mainland, for a day and go to Macao.

What are the requirements that I would need in order to get be able to enter China.
